SSF Lever 6:
Systems and Structures
Systems and Structures are defined as a school’s consistent procedures and routines that support the establishment of daily operations and avenues for schools to create commonality across all settings. Implementing whole-school consistent practices should be established from board policy through district expectations into classrooms for individual student success. Systems and structures refer to various processes in schools that encompass global expectations of individual student needs as well as individual student support through the Student Support Team (SST) process and beyond. It is a proactive, team-oriented, committee structure to assist students with a wide range of non-academic needs related to their school performance and experience.
