Student Support Framework (SSF) Partnership
Who We Are
Texas Center for Student Supports (TCSS) partners with ESCs to deliver tailored coaching and side-by-side support, aligned with campus-specific SSF Readiness Check and other data points. Our goal is to ensure ESCs are equipped to support campuses to drive measurable impact at the classroom level across the nine levers of the SSF.
TCSS Vision for SSF Partnerships
Texas Center for Student Support (TCSS) will equip school systems with a comprehensive, sustainable support system that prioritizes student readiness by implementing the Student Support Framework (SSF). The SSF offers a targeted approach to addressing nonacademic needs, ensuring that every student receives the necessary support for academic success.

SSF Partnerships Objectives
By December 2026, each campus will establish a site-based advisory group comprising educators, support staff, parents/guardians, students, and other stakeholders to guide and support implementation of the Student Support Framework (SSF).
By the end of the contract, TCSS will equip participating ESCs to guide schools in successfully implementing the Student Support Framework. Powered by ESC training and technical assistance, schools will enhance student readiness by:
80% of campuses show an improvement in attendance,
80% of campuses meet the stated measure in their SMART goal, and
A 10% reduction in discipline referrals
Scope of work
Participating campuses will receive comprehensive implementation support and technical assistance from certified ESC Leads, including training, coaching, and individualized guidance aligned with the Student Support Framework (SSF).

Certified technical assistance providers will provide ongoing, targeted supports to ensure fidelity of implementation, build campus capacity, and support data-informed decision-making aligned with SSF goals.
